Where We Deliver
Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom. Smaller orders will be sent via Royal Mail; larger orders may be sent by courier and will require a signature. Please make sure you keep the receipts which will accompany your order.
We offer a standard Royal Mail delivery (usually arriving within 2-3 working days), as long as they are ordered before 14:00 hours (Mon-Fri); this is offered at Royal Mail's First Class rate. Orders over the value £50 are shipped for free. If you have not received your goods within 7 days, please call or email us. If we have not heard from you by day 14 after order, we do not offer re-sending or refunds on non-delivery after this time.
Signed for Delivery
We offer can offer a Signed for Postage service if preferred regardless of the amount of coffee or other products purchased and will require a signature on receipt.
Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. If you are not in, Royal Mail or the Courier may put a card through the letterbox in which case you may have to collect or rearrange redelivery as per instructions on the card. If the item is returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier due to incorrect address or if you have not rearranged delivery, we reserve the right to recharge the delivery cost if you want the item to be resent to you.
NB: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will inform you as soon as we become aware of an unexpected delay.
